Management Supervisor-Public Relations
The Management Supervisor- PR is responsible for overall agency service and activities on multiple accounts, as well as senior level client contact. The candidate is responsible for building strong and lasting agency/client relationships based on high quality work that supports the client’s marketing objectives, and results in profits for the agency. In addition, the Management Supervisor is responsible for managing staff and helping to grow business. Four -year undergraduate degree required with MBA, other graduate degree or graduate course work preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of agency/client or other directly related experience. Must be able to apply public relations experience in a strategic capacity, have exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills.
The Management Supervisor- Marketing is the agency’s management representative to the client. It is his/her responsibility to ensure the quality of the agency’s work. This position sets the direction for client programs, applies the matrix of agency disciplines to solutions for client communication opportunities and considers himself/herself the guardian of the client’s business. The Management Supervisor is a leader and is seen as such, in the agency and to the client. He/she is a motivator, cheerleader, and general team morale builder. Interpersonal skills are a must. Mathematical and finance skills, strong supervisory skills, excellent oral and written skills. Four year undergraduate degree and significant experience in client category. Minimum five years of agency/client or other directly related experience. Research experience and demonstration of ability to apply integrated disciplines. Health marketing experience a plus.
Director of Advertising
The Director of Advertising is responsible for the strategic management and execution of all aspects of client advertising and branding initiatives. S/He is responsible for senior level client contact and for the performance, profitability and health of their accounts. The Director of Advertising is responsible for helping carry out the agency’s mission and vision, and ensures that his/her staff members are properly supported in their efforts to contribute to this achievement. The Director will play a leading role in generating new business for advertising. We are looking for a recognized leader in advertising who has agency/brand management experience with an emphasis on accounts. Must have Bachelor’s degree in advertising or related field, minimum 5 years experience managing staff, and experience in handling all aspects of account management.
Looking for a detail-oriented production artist proficient in Mac-based Quark, Illustrator and Photoshop, with at least 2 years experience and strong prepress skills.
